Your role as an outsourcer makes you a saver of busy parents; a problem-solver to stressed business people; a superhero! Unfortunately, service providers, such as yourselves, don’t get the same recognition as Superman or Wonder Woman. However, here are some things you can focus on to get your business noticed:
Focus on clarity
Business people are busy, and they don’t want to have to spend ages trying to find out information about you. Therefore, be obvious about what services you offer. Make yourself easy to find, both on search engines and on social media.
Key information to make clear: your main service offer, where to buy your service, how much it costs, past customer reviews and your contact details.
Focus on marketing
No matter how skilled and experienced you are, marketing should always be at the top of your list of priorities. Even when many of your clients come from recommendation by word-of-mouth, it is still important to create a presence for your business online.
Make sure clients are aware of your business by taking advantage of free marketing sites, such as Hootsuite and Canva. Reach as many potential clients as possible by advertising on relevant websites and social media. No matter how you choose to market your business, get your name out there and get the clients coming to you!
Focus on the freedom you bring
When promoting yourself, take the emphasis away from what you do and instead tell customers how you will make their life easier.
What will your service allow them to do? Will they be able to spend more time with friends and family? Will they be able to expand their own client base?
It is the vision of what their life could be like that will persuade business owners to outsource tasks to you.
